Nutrition
Getting the proper nutrition for your residents is very important to maintaining their quality of life. Many menu systems sacrifice nutrition too quickly. We are committed to doing all we to can protect the nutritional quality and personal health benefits that are inherent in the right balance of foods. We look for recipes that meet the balance of good taste and good health.
Savings
Since food is typically one of the larger expense items for any given facility, we write our menus to help you save money and give you tools to control costs. We standardize our ingredients and try to limit random items that are expensive and used infrequently. Since we are constantly updating our menus, we account for both seasonal and other fluctuating changes in food prices. Our program gives you multiple tools to reduce waste including shopping lists, production numbers, resident counts and production reports. Your resident count can be changed in an instant, which recalibrates your shopping list and recipes.
Resident Satisfaction
Satisfaction starts with good recipes. We have spent nearly 20 years collecting, utilizing and getting feedback on thousands of different recipes to insure that you are getting nothing less than the best. Our Dietitian has been in personal contact, for all of these years, with each client to get feedback on preferences. Now with the program on-line, we can see which recipes are utilized most often in hundreds of facilities nationwide. The most frequent compliment we receive from our clients is the fact that their residents love the menus. Nothing makes us happier than to know we are helping our clients in the process of serving food that people enjoy.
